Francisco Gómez is a veteran of complex transnational programs across Spain and France (Capgemini) and Germany (Airbus/MIGSO-PCUBED). Pacho founded VISTA with a singular mission: to instill structural discipline within high-growth environments. Throughout his career, he has mastered the art of aligning diverse, multicultural teams toward mission-critical objectives. Beyond managing timelines, Pacho excels at managing expectations and mitigating risk. He applies aerospace-grade rigor to ensure that strategic investments in Guyana and Colombia are executed with absolute precision. Having successfully navigated the intricacies of multi-national stakeholders, he has proven that with the right governance, it is possible to align administrators, engineers, and investors on a single, uncompromising definition of 'Done'.

Karen Perez is a Computer Science expert and a PMP® certified professional with over 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives within the banking and IT consulting sectors. She specializes in steering complex digital transformations, having spearheaded the migration of legacy banking architectures toward advanced digital ecosystems and modern programming paradigms. During her tenure at BBVA, she led the deployment of full-stack Cloud platforms (Front-end & Back-end) under Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring the scalability of mission-critical financial services. Furthermore, at CGI, Karen excelled in managing multi-project portfolios under Turnkey modalities. She successfully oversaw large-scale web software tenders and directed high-performance teams of over 50 consultants assigned to major clients, providing rigorous technical oversight and strategic advisory. Her approach seamlessly integrates technical depth with project governance, ensuring technology serves as a primary business enabler. At VISTA, Karen leverages her extensive background in software architecture and PMI methodologies to structure robust, scalable digital solutions for clients in fast-growing global markets.

Sebastián De los Ríos is a development economist with over 20 years of experience designing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across Latin America and for international development institutions. His expertise spans environmental and social safeguards, nature-based solutions, rural development, conservation, and nature-positive finance. He has led and supervised regional project portfolios at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), mobilizing and managing over USD 38 million in climate, biodiversity, and natural capital initiatives across eight countries. His track record includes project structuring, results frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and donor coordination with institutions such as the GEF, KfW, GIZ, and USAID. Sebastián brings robust capabilities in project governance, safeguards, partnership building, and impact-oriented management, aligning technical delivery with strategic outcomes. At VISTA, he spearheads ESG integration, environmental and social risk management, and the structuring of sustainable, bankable projects for clients operating in fast-growing markets like Guyana.
